This hotel benefits from a wonderful location opposite the railway station 👍The breakfast offers a full range of continental ( superb crispy croissants & pains au chocolat + clafoutis & yogourt collection😋) as well as International buffet ( nice scrambled eggs and sausage) particularly enjoyed the local herbal PAGES products 🥰🫖🙏🏻Last but not least the customer care from management - Service - front desk staff teams is first class 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The charge for this kind of room is overpriced

We knew before arriving that this was a budget hotel, so our expectations were realistic. Even so, it exceeded them and offered excellent value for money. The room was simple but comfortable, with a double bed and a separate single bed that was perfect for our teenager. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we all had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was much better than we expected for a hotel in this price range, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Another big advantage was the secure parking garage directly underneath the hotel. Being able to take the elevator straight from the car to our room with our luggage was extremely convenient. We also fell in love with Le Puy-en-Velay. It’s a beautiful and charming town that’s well worth a visit, whether you’re staying for a night or using it as a stop on a longer road trip.

We honestly have nothing to complain about. For a budget hotel, it met or exceeded all of our expectations.

Friendly clean

They booked us into a room that was well worn out paint chipped all over ready for renovation and with an odor problem of which they were already quite well aware. To facilitate having our fellow traveller next door to us as requested I suppose. Her room was fine they were friendly and the manager took us to a recently renovated room which was for the price 75 € very reasonable. The first room would have been a cheat. I advise you to request a renovated room on the ground floor Well to end of the labyrinthine corridors .
