The owner was really helpful and friendly. He made a really good breakfast! Great location. The room was spacious and everything we needed as well as being very much as it had been for the last century

Love the mix of quirky and comfortable. If you’re into vintage this is the place for you! The host is lovely, as was breakfast. And amazingly good value. Not for everyone (if you’re normal choice is ibis or Novotel) but if you appreciate charm and history don’t miss this fantastic little B&B.
The care taken to preserve the history of the building, the attention to details, the lovely welcome. And our chat about chickens and sheep!

The owner / host was very welcoming and provided a plentiful and varied breakfast. The room was clean, style 'shabby' chic , beautifully french, bathroom similar, lots of hot water

Breakfast very good. Lots of choices and someone on hand to help if needed. Location very good for walking the Chemin de StJacques and for a few good restaurants nearby .
Not made clear that one could not get a car near the place . We arrived and road shut off by automatic bollards. We had to take bags a distance.Bollards were removed in the morning so we could drive in to load up the car. Keys not in the lock box at the front door . Very stressful due to our late arrival and threatened rain . Got sorted by a phone call in the end. But gave us a lot of unnecessary stress at the end of a long day’s travel.
