The location was really convenient as it is only two minutes walk to the train station, and very close to downtown. it's such a charming place with beautiful antiques and old world charm. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The towels smelled amazing and reminded me of childhood. The hostess was so kind and helpful, she always answered right away.
Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

Location was great to station and old town. Federica was friendly and responsive.
62 steps to second floor apartment with luggage. Can be challenging. No sink plug in kitchen. 1 teabag but Federica replenished when contacted. Single bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Apartment is A bit tired and in need of some attention. Some quick fix suggestions; curtain repair, replace chipped dishes, replace dead plants.
