Quality of the decor, quiet, warm and plenty of hot water, nice location, just so cosy and comfortable
Ticking clock, I don't watch television, I prefer to read and that bloody clock just gets inside your head as the cottage is so quiet,had to close the bedroom door to sleep

Well appointed Cottage , Good cooking facilities lots of nice touches ie Books, games and dvd's Good lighting through out and a great hot shower.
Friendly helpful hosts.

Stunning view of Arran
No firelighters or paper logs available. Both kindling and log basket empty on arrival.
Wi-Fi was very poor. ( Host did try to help but it either dropped out completely or the speed was so slow it made tv buffer and using internet difficult)
