The house is as pictured so beautiful, accommodated us perfectly. My requests were fulfilled without hassle. The kids loved the water park and so did I.
The pool alarm was the most annoying thing the whole trip. If the door wasn’t closed a certain way, it would still go off. It’s so far from the door, and having to push the button and get to the door and close it correctly in 10 seconds was just too much. A gate around the pool would be better in my opinion. The upstairs dryer wouldn’t turn on.

The size and the pool.
The dining room chairs were mix-matched and not of good quality. One broke while just sitting in it. A replacement was never brought. The shades were old and broken and put back up with tape. It was good still on the floor at check-in. one of the beds was broken. The walls and carpet were filthy. The theater room did not work the first two nights, had to go to the office to get it fixed. Half of the tvs on the house would not connect to the direct tv. There were no pillows for the outdoor furniture. The paddles in the garage for the only game which was ping pong were broken. When we try to check in the community pool some of my guests were told that they could not use the amenity’s and I had to come and rectify the situation which should not have been a situation. For the cost we had higher expectations and were let down.
