It was a great location and felt secure. The pool was a nice extra although we had to pay extra to have the spa and pool heated.
One of the beds was so high up it was difficult to get in and out of. One of the other beds was uncomfortable. The two twin beds were good. We also did not ever hear back from the property manager when we called and left a voicemail. On the day of our departure the cleaning staff showed up an hour and a half prior to our checkout time and loudly banged on the doors.

Could not contact Orlando Theme Park Pool Homes. All of the phone numbers printed in the welcoming book were disconnected. The number on the wall by the pool entrtance was disconnected. Could not report issues. 1) several pool blind slats were missing. 2)washer would stop at "LIGHT" needed to advance the dial alittle and it would continue to wash. 3) Pool was NOT heater. Must pay addition funds for heating. I think it was $50/day 4) If you used the safe it was an extra$25. 5) Carpets need to be replaced. 6) Trafic is area was terrible. 7)the pre application "paperwork" was too much.

Cleanliness was good, and the location was convenient. The house was generally acceptable for a short stay.
Overall, the cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, and the house itself was generally acceptable. However, my overall experience was negatively impacted by several important issues.
On the day of my original booking, I was unable to check in as scheduled. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host via phone, message, and the emergency contact provided on the platform, there was no response at the time. I had to rely on Booking.com customer service to assist in reaching the host. Eventually, I was informed that check-in would only be possible the following day.
I chose not to cancel the reservation and instead requested an early check-in the next day, along with a later check-out to compensate for the lost time. After further communication through the platform, this arrangement was eventually confirmed. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the lack of timely communication on the first day caused significant inconvenience.
Additionally, although the management mentioned that they do not personally stay in or use the property, as a guest, I still expected basic responsiveness and support, especially in urgent situations.
The property itself is somewhat dated and could benefit from better maintenance. The swimming pool appeared unclean and was not usable during my stay, although I personally did not intend to use it.
It is also worth noting that this review is based on a later reservation. Due to system limitations, I was unable to extend my original booking directly and had to create a new reservation for the extension.
