About this house rental
Teal Home 1501 Please Note: This is a residential home that is zoned R-1. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom. Plus 2 additional persons, with the exception of children 10 years old or younger. Occupancy cannot exceed 14, including all children and babies. Parking is limited to 5 cars on the property. Street parking for additional cars is not allowed within the neighborhood. This property rents Saturday to Saturday.
Large estate home located on 15th Street bay-side, close to the downtown area. Walk to the beach, (about 6 blocks) boardwalk, shops and dining. House has a private fenced backyard and private pool. First floor has a large kitchen, dining nook overlooking backyard and pool, a dining room, family room, living room, bedroom and full bath. Second floor has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, front balcony and special loft area overlooking the first floor and includes a sitting area great for reading. Bed sizes include 3 king, 3 queen, 1 double and 1 single, there is also a day bed in the loft with a trundle. Guest must provide all soaps and paper products. Home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. New for 2024 - this owner now provides sheets and towels for guests.
Ground level also has a screen porch for outside dining. Don't miss out on the opportunity to rent this unique property! Non-smoking. No pets, please. Not available for group rentals of any sort. Guest acknowledges that because this is a single-family residence located in a neighborhood of mostly year-round, single-family houses, Guest must, prior to occupancy, certify that only persons related by blood or marriage will be occupying the home during the lodging period and identify all occupants by name, age and relationship. Guest acknowledges that use of pool is "swim at your own risk" for the duration of the lodging period. Minors may not be in the pool area without continuous adult supervision and all swimmers must use the pool in a responsible manner. Diving is not permitted nor are glass bottles and containers in or around the pool area.

The property was beautiful and clean, plus exactly as described.
The backyard and pool was a wonderful oasis, we enjoyed it after visiting the beach all day.
We made wonderful memories and enjoyed the town of Ocean City.

Amazing property! Everything was organized right down to the labels on the kitchen cupboards! The group spaces for families to come together and the personal spaces for relaxing as individuals was perfect! Perfect location for the house as well. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

OUR family LOVED this house! We literally barely left the property! And I am not kiddding. HUGE YARD! HUGE POOL! So many amenities like bikes, pool table, dart board, games, puzzles and so much room to hang out! The kitchen was so well stocked too. Made cooking so easy! We will be back next year Teal House! Great for our yearly family vacation!

We were a family of 9 staying here and we were very thrilled with the experience! The neighborhood is very family friendly and the amenities in the house were exceptional. We had a few minor issues with the dryer and with an electrical line coming into the house and the rental agency personnel were spot on with getting issues resolved. Cathy and Susan at central reservations were very reliable and responsive and I couldn’t have been happier!
