Fantasztikus környezet. Tiszta, csendes épület. A személyzet udvarias, kedves, szolgálatkész. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A konyha remek, az éttermi ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak, Az adagok is bőségesek. A szoba jó méretű, jól felszerelt. A fürdőszoba hibátlan
Bánkút megközelítése Szilvásvárad felöl az úthibák miatt borzasztó. Mindenkinek a Lillafüred felöli utat javasolom.

Szép környezet, nyugalom.
A 2. emeleti szobába tehettek volna egy ventilátort. A legfelső szint volt, ezért nagyon felmelegedett.

Tiszta szoba, kedves kiszolgálás és kényelmes ágy fogadott a túrám végén. Légkondicionálás nélkül is a hőségben hűvös szoba fogadott. Finomakat ettem.
A szobák hangszigetelése nem a legtökéletesebb. 8:00 - 10:00 van a reggeli és kijelentkezés, a hőséget elkerülő indulás így nehézkes. A kávé nem volt benne a reggeli árában.

Location is nice
We asked to fireplace to put on on a Tuesday evening. We were told only weekends is possible, than next day other people had it on. Wednesday morning the breakfast was so poor, no eggs! Plus for coffe they charged separate.. They even complained for taking hot water!! Very tight place. Over priced for me for sure!
