Staff and inter home were friendly when checking in. The place is a bit of a walk from the main part of town. The apartment is large and brightly coloured with a great view.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Many rules to go with the apartment so make sure you are familiar with what you have to do before checking out.

apartment has all the necessities you'll need - cooking utensils, kitchen etc, and was mostly clean (except for the pillowcase - that was a nightmare, lots of dandruff and hair on it) nonetheless it was very comfortable to stay in. amazing views of the matterhorn - which came at a steep price, and i mean really steep; like 7 flights of stairs
location - 15-20mins walk from the station, 6-7 stories climb (stairs and slopes) required as it is on a hilltop. not convenient for those with heavy luggage or elderly. its on the edge of town, 25-30mins walk from the matterhorn glacier express (literally on the opposite side of zermatt town) so not ideal for those who are looking to ski daily at the kl. matterhorn.
