service & location was immaculate!
my birthday dessert strawberry was molded & all my documents had “Mr.” attached to my name opposed to “Miss/Ms.” after I told the property numerous times to change it

Normally Four Seasons is exceptional, and thats what we have expected. The breakfast was great but pricey and the beds and pillows were the best part about the hotel.
It was too spread out horizontally, the beaxh was too bare, not much shade all along. The 3-4 cabins that were there were almost s room price for rental. There wasnt enough staff around pool and beach and they were s bit slow and not service oriented.
