Newly renovated ! Villa Laguna Cancun

We loved everything about this property. Very clean, new, safe and secure. Security guy there all day and night. Very quiet but still close to everything. Pool is little walk but the pool is so good and clean. Bonus we had it for ourselves. We had everything we needed and communication with host was excellent! Thank you very much for everything.

Schöne Unterkunft. Sie hatte alles was benötigt wurde. Die Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht und angemessen. Es gibt eine Security vor der Tür (nur Spanisch). Die Anreise war allerdings kein Problem.

The location was a great location for the hotel zone, with access to playa Tortugas a short walk away and only a short drive to plenty of other restaurants, shops and beaches. The property was mostly clean, the beds were comfortable. Secure parking was appreciated.

The property does not look much at all like the pictures and it is definitely not newly renovated - the opposite in fact. It feels quite tired and in need of updating. The doors and windows didn’t all close, let alone lock - which we didn’t like at all, despite the fact there are security cages/gates on doors and windows, it still felt unsafe. The property wasn’t entirely clean and the garden/outside area is very small and not safe for kids. Lots of boxes around make the property feel like a storage area. I would stay again for a night or two but wouldn’t be comfortable for a long stay.
