An absolute paradise! This 2-bed, 2-bath condo sits just steps from clear turquoise water and white sand. The layout—one bedroom opens to a grass area where you can walk past the fountain and pool straight to the beach. Super secure with a gated checkpoint, pool guards, and a beachfront lifeguard station. Felt incredibly safe. Even with seasonal sea moss, the beach was breathtaking

The sliding door and some minor cosmetic elements require maintenance due to coastal moisture exposure.

Las piscinas, la seguridad, la vigilancia, el reglamento, la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas, todas las instalaciones, el personal amable, muy buena ubicación, acceso a la playa. La estancia fue muy agradable y relajante en familia.

Beautiful beach access, good size swimming pool. Guards keep the place tidy (that may cause some nuances to others but we are all fine w/ the rules). It's close to a half-empty mall with a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. There's also complementary parking. Two towels per person, one for indoor one for beach, are great to have. The apartment was aged but overall clean. Bed has good support. Bathroom is small but we are okay. There are basic pans and utensils to keep your breakfast cost low (can hardly find any good)

Something hang up clothes would be helpful. No facial tissues / kitchen paper - a Mexico norm? The TV in room doesn't work - though doesn't bother us. The water heater drips in the kitchen. Remember USD cash payment is required and you have to pass to the security - something we find it odd and a little insecure.

good location next to beach and shops and restaurants, pool is okay, beach is great.
