Andreas Apartments

Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Umgebung, die schöne Aussicht, die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sowie die bequemen Betten. Außerdem war alles sauber und gepflegt.

Die Dusche war leider enttäuschend. Durch den viel zu kurzen Duschvorhang lief nach jedem Duschen viel Wasser ins Badezimmer, sodass der Boden ständig nass war. Zudem klebte der Duschvorhang beim Duschen immer am Körper, was ich als sehr unangenehm und unhygienisch empfand. Leider hat außerdem der TV-Decoder nicht funktioniert. Auch mit den beiden Fernbedienungen ließ sich das Problem nicht beheben, sodass der Fernseher bei Bedarf nicht genutzt werden konnte. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft recht hellhörig. Je nachdem, welche Nachbarn man hat oder ob sich Kinder im Gebäude aufhalten, kann man Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen deutlich hören.

Egy különálló épület földszintjén volt a szállás. Csendes, kényelmes, egy kis kert is tartozik hozzá. Közel van a tengerpart. Rendelkezik egy terasszal is.

Egy hét alatt a wc papíros szemetet egyszer vitték el, a háztartási szemetet egyszer sem. Amikor már nem fértem a szeméttől, én vittem el egy szatyornyit az utcai konténerbe. Takarítás egyáltalán nem volt, ami nem baj, de a szemetet elvihette volna a tulaj. A másik, ami nagyon nem tetszett, szombaton írt egy üzenetet, hogy hétfőn délelőtt 10 órakor távoznom kell. Ez teljesen felesleges és udvariatlanság volt. Mit gondolt? Odaköltözöm?

The apartments are located very close to the beach within walking distance, which is very convenient. The location also works well as a base for exploring the island, as it is easy to travel to different areas from here. The apartment is on the ground floor. The courtyard is beautifully maintained with many flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment includes a kitchen, parking space, comfortable bed, hot water, and air conditioning in all rooms. The hosts kindly provided bottled water for all guests, as well as jam and pastries upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Communication with the hosts was also good, and they responded to questions and requests.

On the downside, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes (although a fumigator was provided), as well as other insects such as cockroaches and ants. The shower curtain is positioned quite high, so the bathroom tends to get wet during use. Laundry service is available but paid (3 EUR). The overall condition of the apartment feels somewhat outdated, with visible signs of wear such as marks on the walls from insects and peeling plaster in some areas. Additionally, on two occasions, a cleaning lady entered the apartment while we were away. The hosts later explained this was a misunderstanding related to collecting a non-working toaster and bringing a blanket intended for another apartment.
