Locations was fantastic

Apartment wasn’t quite as big as I expected (from photos) kitchen supplies were very limited.

The fresh neat apprpoach. Spa and pool was great.

No heat blaket, or spare blankets available. The first night i stayed there was terrible noises outside the room. Made sleep a little hard.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for 3 people. Although there was only one bathroom, it was large enough and did not feel cramped. The unit had good airflow and was well ventilated. There was only one AC in the living room, and it was sufficient to keep the apartment comfortably cool. However, my friend did use the fan in her bedroom at times. The kitchen was also well equipped, so you can prepare simple meals during your stay. There was also a microwave, which was very convenient for reheating food.

The shower did not have a detachable hand shower, which would have been more convenient. The housekeeping service was also below what I would expect from a hotel. During our 9-night stay, housekeeping mainly made the beds and changed the bath towels. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed, so there was quite a lot of hair on the carpet, especially with all ladies staying in the apartment. I feel that the housekeeping could be improved to meet a more typical hotel standard. One other thing I wondered about is the AC during summer. There is only one AC in the living room for the whole apartment, so I’m not sure whether it would be sufficient to keep the entire unit comfortable during Melbourne’s warmer summer months.

Room space was sufficient

The view was another building where you can see people and they can see you. Also, the location was not as wakable to nearby attractions as I had estimated.
