Perfectly located at the centre of all our planned activities and attractions. Super convenient and made our entire stay feel cruisy.

The staff were excellent. Hassle free and fast checking and out.
Small feedback - it was truly a very enjoyable stay. Except that because there are drapes and curtains used in the room, some parts may be dusty (see photos below). Somewhat dusty near the window area, and the phone which is near the curtain covering the shower area.
Additionally, the interactive control panel for the lifts may need to be properly aligned again because more often than not, when I press 21st floor, it’s read as 24th and 25th floor, so the interface buttons may not be fully aligned.

Location was good. This is the best feature of the property.
The housekeeping was really bad! Glasses and cups were not cleaned. Coffee, tea and chocolate sachets were not refilled.
