I stayed again at the Coloseum after many years. It is a very practical hotel for a business trip to Dar es Salaam. The location is great, room is fine, bed is good, AC, internet, shower all work and a good value well located place to stay. No surprises! I can absolutly recommend staying here.

    Great for values and services

Rooms are well sized, as are the bathrooms. Bed is comfortable, Wifi is decent, and the gym is a full-sized gym. The breakfast is good. However, there are more grumpy staff members than friendly ones (esp in the restaurant). Also the floors are tiled, which means that you hear ALL the noise from the room above you...if they move a chair, walk around, you're going to wake up.
