Narrow room, limited spoon, lack of stove and air fryer

Clean comfortable rooms and bathroom facilities.

Could do with air conditioning in the rooms, they were extremely warm . We were in the middle of a heatwave so may be more comfortable at other times

Loved our overnight stay at moon hostel. Needed a no frills sleep option as our flight got in late. Our room was basic but very clean. The automated check in process was easy and efficient. Beds were comfortable and clean (a little soft but that is to my liking). Lovely hot shower. Towels and sanitary products available. Liked the neighbourhood. Some bars and inexpensive food options close by. Half hour walk from our airport drop off bus (last stop). I will very definitely look to book moon hostel again. No contact with staff as the automated processes worked perfectly. We didn’t use any hostel facilities so can’t really comment on those but other folk seemed to be having their needs met in communal spaces. Very happy with our stay.

I have no negative comments to add.

It was not 2 far for walking into the centre of Bilbao. The lounge area had comfy seating & an extra toilet.

This place was basic & i was so glad only had to be there for 1 night only. Kitchen only set up 4 simple meals as no utensils, bowls & cardboard cutlery ! Dorm/bathroom tiny with not enoug space for 6 people in it. No host @ property with annoying code entry systems which left most people frustrated when they 1st arrived as some spent ages trying 2 get in & during stay i had 2 carry phone everywhere. Yes it is cheaper but i would rather pay more 4 somewhere better plus on other caminos you pay much less for really good places. This is not one of them.
