Hotel Suba Palace Near Gateway of India

The standard was satisfactory. The staff was helpful. The rooms were quite clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to Mumbai's main attractions. Breakfast was good.

Need take care more about the dust at rooms clean the air condition coming the dust from it

I was offered complimentary breakfast but did not eat since was leaving early for my meeting. Location was okay but quite congested with parked vehicles on the street. The reception staff were always checking if I was comfortable and the one dinner I had was excellent.

Other guests especially opposite my room for the first two nights were noisy and they could leave their door room open which was disturbing

The front-line staff are exceptional, kind, and very attentive. The location is excellent, and the cleaning team worked hard to address issues immediately.

Management (AGM Ibrahim Shaikh) was completely unreachable and ignored two emails and messages. First stay: façade under construction, closed rooftop, and windows that wouldn't seal. Second stay: hotel only disclosed construction via message after booking. I was moved to a quieter room, but it was much smaller, had a plumbing leak, and flies. Despite two visits, the manager was "unavailable" both times. No upgrade or compensation was offered for the smaller room or lack of advertised facilities.
