Great location, friendly and courteous staff and very good breakfast.
I would definitely recommend a stay here.
The AC in our first room wasn’t working properly but the staff were very quick to move us to another, better room.

Hotel is in the main city centre, but inside its calm. Breakfast was tasty and god choice of meals.
Food was good and the stuff very pleasant and helped us with everything. Ms. Jagruti organised a very pleasant stay.
Renovation happens outside didn’t disturb us during stay.
We received a pleas at present after check out.
All good.

The front-line staff are exceptional, kind, and very attentive. The location is excellent, and the cleaning team worked hard to address issues immediately.
Management (AGM Ibrahim Shaikh) was completely unreachable and ignored two emails and messages. First stay: façade under construction, closed rooftop, and windows that wouldn't seal. Second stay: hotel only disclosed construction via message after booking. I was moved to a quieter room, but it was much smaller, had a plumbing leak, and flies. Despite two visits, the manager was "unavailable" both times. No upgrade or compensation was offered for the smaller room or lack of advertised facilities.
