Beautiful nature Beach View Staff

Bedrooms separate so not ideal with small children

The view was nice but you are very high up and far away from the beach with extremely steep slopes that are very unsafe for children or older people.

On arrival to our family “villa” with 2 bedrooms we quickly realised that the bedrooms were in two completely separate buildings with separate keys, a dangerous staircase and a pool in between. This would be a death trap for my 5yr old if he wanted me in the night / that’s if he could even use the difficult keys to get out or I would have to leave him unlocked in this other building. Saying they are not connected means that they are not next to each other. It does not anywhere state that they are in separate buildings with separate keys. The photo they show is extremely deceptive. We arrived and it was unsafe so we asked to change rooms and they said they had nothing else for us. We asked if we could get a refund they refused and also refused to let us speak to the manager in Bangkok even though they were on the phone to them. I tried to rectify this through booking.com but they said that they photo shows it like this. This is absolutely not true. We had to leave as it was certainly not safe. I asked if they rented out the room if they can please offer some refund as they have rented it again. They should be giving us a refund because they deceptively sold the property as a villa with two bedrooms but it is separate buildings which they hide in their images. On another note their driver nearly killed my children driving up these dangerous steep slopes and wouldn’t let us out of the car when we were screaming and all the luggage was flying on top of us and the kids nearly fell out onto the hard gravel from the truck that he wasn’t able to drive and was flying back down the road - completely out of control. When I came back to the property a few days later there was another family staying in the property that I was paying for. I spoke with them and they let me know that they moved in there the morning after we didn’t stay. Our booking was 20-26th Dec. They moved in 21st and and planned to leave 26th.

The villa was cozy, and the private pool was really nice. The staff was friendly, and we felt welcome.

The location of Villa is challenging for people with limited mobility, as it is located at the top of steep hills.

The staff were so friendly and super responsive to any questions needs or wants. Villa are well appointed and pool facilities and restaurant has the most amazing views. We loved it here.

Could have done with some seats on the balcony if I had to critique anything

This resort is situated in a wonderful natural setting with picturesque views surrounded by nature. The architecture has been harmoniously designed and incorporated around the natural environment to enhance its beauty.

The villas were cozy, clean and spacious with ample outdoor terrace space to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea. The infinity pool was well designed with a shallow section well suited for children while the larger pool had a panoramic elevated ocean vista view. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, friendly and helpful.

Very modern, beautifully presented and very clean. Perfect location for our 3 day stay as only a 5 min walk to the shops and beach. The most amazing sunsets are visible from the pool

We loved the huge space .. almost a whole villa with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and showers and infinity pool outside our door by chance A little tired in decor and the jacuzzi bath was leaky but we didn’t mind as a good location for the village / and beach short walk. Away from the ‘ tourist ‘ vibes. Always a blessing

Little tired in its style and bathroom could do with some upgrade but nothing a major issue

We booked sea view villa it was worth booking. Should mind really sharp climb up to the villa Sea is 15 min walk via village

A little worn out especially bathroom with low water pressure Roof on the balcony should’ve been 2 times wider to keep it dry during rain

The property was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The pool was great, breakfast prices were even cheaper than outside the hotel. We rented a bike to explore the island and the staff Aisha and Aneesa helped us greatly with everything. The view from the villa was amazing.

Beautiful rooms with plenty of space for my teenage sons and I.

Only the two sleeping areas were air conditioned. The bathroom and showers were not, though that wasn't much of an issue. The common room would have been nice to have air conditioning. I wish their was a washing machine given the size of the rental.

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the see and nature. The café is perfect for morning coffee with a view, and the beach is nearby – we really enjoyed the surroundings.

Reception was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. We had to change villas due to lack of privacy and hygiene issues in the first one. The second villa was much better, but still poorly cleaned – one bathroom was left dirty for days after an animal had gotten in, and the cleaners didn’t properly take care of it. I had to clean it myself in the part we use…

Lovely resort, in a fab location just up a hill with great views. Rooms are big, with comfy beds, bathrobes and slippers. The small pool was popular with the children, and the restaurant did decent food for a good price. The juices and shakes were particularly good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to the local village with loads of choice for food and drinks. Same distance to the beach, which was beautiful, with bars and places to eat, plus a great massage.

the swimming pool was not very clean. Surroundings are not peaceful and clean. the breakfast is not great. In our villa the bathroom would need a renovation.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Booked day trips and taxi/boat for us. You can message them for anything. Close to restaurants and beach. View from pool area/restaurant is wonderful.

Our villa was absolutely perfect for two people - spacious and very clean. We loved the pool (and the view from the pool). The staff is really nice and always very helpful. The food in the restaurant is also good! The walk to beach and 7/11 only takes 5 minutes so it is a perfect location for those wanting to spend some time at the seaside.

The location was amazing, we were a family of four with two young children. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

If I’m being super critical the steps weren’t great with young children, and the villa we stayed in could have done with updating, particularly the shower.

The villa is nice, clean and the private swimming pool is lovely. The onsite restaurant is good and the staff is friendly. Walking distance to the beach, 7/11 and restaurants.

The only thing that would have made the villa better would be a/c in the living room and kitchen (there is a/c in the bedrooms), but it didn’t bother us that much.

The bungalows were spacious and clean. The pool area is lovely with a lovely sunset viewing point with beanbags.

Location and pool

The restaurant was only open for breakfast. Being Muslim there was no bee. However a 7/11 200 yards away and a fridge in our kitchen helped. A good selection of eating places 200 yards away down a steep hill

It was very peaceful at the top of the island, a lovely cove with beach front restaurants & fire shows,live music a short walk away.

It was clean tidy well equipped & very peaceful.

The villa is so chill and relaxing. The food and coffee is great! Staff are friendly and is very clean and quiet ❤️

Beautiful hillside resort with small villas grouped around a stunning infinity pool. We travelled with three kids and had more space in a Family Villa than we could use. There were two small villas each with an entrance, bathroom and bedroom connected by a courtyard with an open kitchen and dining table

The staff were so helpful and friendly we were so well looked after. The pool was wonderful with the most incredible views over the sea. The location was fantastic walki g distance to a beautiful beach. Loved it we will definitely come backp

Nothing

The staff were really lovely here. The pool was really cool with a great view and the property is very close to some lovely restaurants and a gorgeous beach.

The room felt very tired - just a bit unloved really and there were quite a lot of mosquitos about. There was too much chlorine in the pool which affected our kids' eyes. I suspect that we might have been in one of the older villas and that some of the others might have better views and be a bit more updated.

staff are amazing pool awesome nothing is too much bother perfect for the family it’s not too large with c.13-14 villas up on the hill so quiet and away from the chaos great little local shop on the road below so you can avoid the 7/11 rubbish
