About this apartment rental
This unit has updated kitchen and baths, bamboo floors, granite counter tops, and appliances. Upstairs vaulted loft features a king bed plus a full bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has a new queen bed plus a twin and full bathroom. You can also use the washer and dryer available inside the unit (no need to go outside). Additionally, we have a portacrib and kiddie gate for the little ones and an air bed which we check frequently but do not guarantee.
Great beach (Kamaole 3) across the street for whale watching, snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boards. Great for young children.
We have everything that you will need for a great day at the beach; chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, etc.
Kamaole Sands is a well maintained complex and the setting is lush and tropical. Elevator conveniently located nearby. Kihei is the dry side of the island, rain is unusual. Enjoy views of the ocean and the mountains from this top story unit from the large lanai. Lanai has a table, six chairs and plenty of additional room for eating, entertaining and enjoying the great weather. This is consistently a top ranked unit at Kamaole Sands.
There is a RESORT FEE of $40 which appears as a property fee in the payment area.
Private wireless internet. Smart TV (Netflix...) to main room, with flat screen TVs in each bedroom
We also own a 1 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 4) at Wailea Eula Oceanfront resort (2 miles away near the shops at Wailea).
A portion of your rental will support Feed My Sheep Maui. A local non-profit organization that provides food, love, and hope for those in need on island.

Our stay was so wonderful, the host was so great and was always available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place, it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

We are a family of four, with two kids ages 7-11. The complex is great. The pool was very well maintained. I watched the Kamaole Sands crew clean it every morning while I worked out at the gym. We went to the Turtle Talk on site, which was nice. We used what seemed to be a brand new grill for the occupants of bldg four. The grounds are great. Location is great and is right across the street from a spot where we saw dozens of sea turtles. The condo is lovely. Having a kitchen was such a money saver. The closet on the lanai was stocked with great beach toys. The boogie boards were the highlight of my kids’ time in HI!

We enjoyed our stay in paradise and our unit was very nice. The spiral stair case was gorgeous. Unfortunately we did find this building a bit far from the beach. And the 1 pool for such a large space wasn’t ideal.

Beautiful views and comfortable condo. Big lanai a bonus. No pool noise but some road noise early in the morning
