Good location but too many stairs to get in and out of the apartment.

The apartments are located close to the city center. Breakfast was very pleasant.

TOO MANY stairs. I had to go upstairs to my bedroom, and even the apartment was on the second floor. Normally, I don't mind stairs but dragging luggage is a different story. My bath was only adequate.

Superb location and immaculate accommodations in a must-see town

It started with the excellent communication before we even got there. The hotel is in a car-free zone but it is right on the edge so our taxi was able to drop us off about twenty meters away, making it the perfect location. A staff member walked with us to our room helping with our baggage. It felt like a brand new room and was immaculate with the breakfast room just step away. We had an early excursion leaving before breakfast was to start, but the hotel arranged it so we could have an early breakfast. The breakfast room was immaculate and the staff was incredibly accommodating with our early breakfast. They did the same thing again on the morning we had to get our ferry. We loved Divota Apt Hotel and when we come back to Split we will stay there again. Everything in our room was excellent from the cleanliness to the amenities to the comfort. Thank you

Great stay in a cosy apartment close to the Old Town in Split!

Very nice and cosy apartment, with a kitchenette if we wanted to have a meal at home. In walking distance of to the old town, and very quiet neighbourhood. We highly recommend Divota apartments!

The room and the locations were beautiful. The breakast was amazing and staff was super helpful.

Parking was an issue, since we arrived late in the evening. On the first night we had to leave the car 1km from the hotel. Next day, we managed to get a spot in the nearby parking lot.

Old town charm

A free upgrade to a spacious apartment - thank you, Divota! Staff were very helpful, and I appreciate the young lady who helped me with my luggage up three flights of stairs! A peaceful location and walking distance to the waterfront. Loved walking through the old town and discovering hidden gems.

Amazing value for money

The staff stood out for me. Extremely pleasant, super helpful. Both the lady Ajla at welcome and the gentleman at checkout on the 23rd August. Amazing people! I was told so much valuable informaiton about places to go when I checked in and it was so helpful. I knew things many of the other tourists I met had no idea about. The room was nice, well air-conditioned and was cleaned properly everyday in a very unintrusive manner. Would definitely recommend. Location is also fantastic.

Peaceful stay in lovely Old Town

Peaceful location, private, great outdoor space, quaint neighbourhood, good breakfast

General lack of cleanliness on arrival including dusty floors and areas around bed and table with lots of dust. Floors not cleaned throughout stay and minimal cleaning done. Walls marked in places from luggage. Very thin and small towels. Bathroom shower screen edging has dark mouldy patches and gaps so water sprayed all over the floor. Black patches on shower tile grout. No kitchen cloths/dish towel for washing occasional glasses/mugs - nobody wants to put on the dishwasher on holiday for a few drinking utensils! Apartment needs a repaint/refresh as it looked very tired and not like the photos on the website which must’ve been taken a long time ago! The Old Town location is very hilly and would be unsuitable for those with mobility issues

There is no elevator. Being an older pair, it was difficult to climb all the stairs every day. Since there is no private parking, it is difficult to find a parking spot in the most popular hours

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a quiet location, just a short walk from the city center.

Very happy with our stay! The hotel has been renovated — everything felt fresh and modern. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect – a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The cozy lobby was a nice bonus, and there were great options for storing luggage after check-out before departure. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms are spread out across different buildings – in our building, the Wi-Fi was slow and mostly not working. There’s no on-site hotel breakfast, but they do offer a good-quality breakfast in collaboration with Restaurant Bajamonti, located just a few minutes’ walk away.

Excellent location, beautiful, comfortable apartment with hotel-like amenities.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment - it was AWESOME! Excellent location, charming old Split neighborhood within a few minutes walk of the old city center. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable for 7 people, and very clean. Two bedrooms, bath, kitchen on main level with a third bedroom, bath and living room downstairs. Patios and balconies as well. Even included a hot tub which we did not use. The staff is professional, and friendly. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant in town - lovely, delicious breakfast, great staff there too, and very accommodating. We come to Split every year and will definitely stay here again!

No complaints at all! Something to be aware of that this is located in a pedestrian zone in a charming old neighborhood with many steps and cobblestones - but so worth the effort!

Great location - charming neighborhood and close to the old city center. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

No complaints. Just keep in mind that the rooms are in a pedestrian only zone and the buildings are old so many stairs and cobblestones to manage with luggage. The neighborhood's old world charm makes it all worth it - but it is definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues. Also, the rooms and apartments are spread out in multiple buildings - they are near each other but may not be adjacent.

Quirky, great amenities and excellent set up, well described by the staff. Great location after finding your bearings, but given Split old town, this is part of the fun.

Stop over in Split old town

Very nice hotel in the old town, close to a car park. The room was set on its own with a dedicated door from one of the old town streets. Everything in the room was excellent. Very clean, comfortable beds, stylish furnishings. The highlight was breakfast, we were given a voucher for breakfast in a restaurant in a square looking out to sea. One of the best "hotel" breakfasts ever.

The price was on the high side, but the exceptional breakfast was included. There was some noise from the street but it didn't disturb us.

We loved it!

Room was very comfortable (bed); space was perfect for us. Table with comfortable chairs. Breakfast at restaurant down the way was easier to get to than we expected and dining on the plaza at the port was delightful! The breakfast was also varied and very good - options and plenty of food. Location of hotel was ideal - out of the walls, but in the old town still. Welcomed having no stairs to navigate. Short walk to everything - once we figured out the path!

air circulation was a problem - window and door on the same side of the room,. Of course, there was air conditioning, but we liked having door open - just a bit non-private that way.

Nice room. Good enough location, although not much street light in and around that street. Friendly staff, especially Ajla, who explained everything very well.

Although the location is good and close to the old town and all, there was one situation when we felt unsafe. The streets are not well lit in the night. One night, on the way back to our room, some scammer identified as the police and wanted to question us. We were alert enough to understand that he was fake and somehow managed to slip away. It felt very uneasy. Not the fault of the hotel of course, but that was a bit of a dampener for our stay and our trip.

Good location at the edge of Split old town.

Location at the edge of the old town where a taxi can drop you off and you need not drag your bags over cobblestones. Everything is conveniently within walking distance.

Free breakfast was included with the room but at a restaurant 500m away. The selection was limited and very limited on meats (eg bacon, sausage etc).

A wonderful hotel apartment with a great breakfast

We stayed at a upper floor at Radmilovica street in an apartment with a balcony. Allthough the location is really close to all the tourist attractions the apartment was so quiet we felt we were in a cabin far a way from the city. A big plus was the the balcony with a view over a quiet garden. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked.

Perfect location and hotel to enjoy all aspects of a stay in Split.

From the time of our booking to our leaving, the staff especially Lucija, reached out to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They booked both our airport transfers and made sure our room was arranged to our liking. The hotel is made of beautifully designed rooms in quaint buildings in a quiet part of the old town. Location was perfect for everything! I don't think I have stayed in a hotel where the rooms have been so carefully thought out. Nespresso machine, rain shower where you actually could wash your hair and the third bed/couch made a great sitting room. They even had Netflix, plus thank you to the guy who forgot to log out of his HBO account. Breakfast coupons for an amazing restaurant on the water just minutes away. Also, they have a spa!

I loved everything, but if I could make one request, it would be for a makeup mirror. They had a huge well lit mirror in the bathroom, but when your eyes go, they go.
