Професійний, люб'язний персонал. Допомагали зорієнтуватися у місті та вирішити особисті питання. Ми дуже вдячні за допомогу. Якщо знову будемо у Харкові, то обов'язково зупинимося у "Харков Люкс". Сподобався і затишний номер.

Not too far from city's center, ok value for money. Friendly personnel at the counter.
The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; expect to hear everything that is happening in other rooms. I heard everything as though it happened in my room.
