Good location, the room was underground without the windows, but actually it’s good enough for the current situation with shelling.

Wonderful. A warm and welcoming sanctuary in the heart of Kharkiv. The staff were marvellous and extremely kind and the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. What's more, they havel very good wines by the bottle at great prices (a godsend when you arrive too late to go out!) I can't recommend this highly enough.

Had a good stay at this hotel. Very safe, slept very well. Spacious room, with little kitchenette to make coffee, teas, and heat up some food from near by supermarket. Good location with easy distance to city center and big park. The reception staff was so kind to assist with ensuring a taxi for an early morning train back to Kyiv.
Just to note the room air feels a bit dry, but I think that is just with being underground. It was okay for me for the few days I was there.
