Nestled in historic downtown Pagosa Springs, a renovated 106-year-old building. Appreciate the exposed original brick in the kitchen and living room, which is well-equipped and spacious, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as organic bedding and robes. Stroll to the world-famous hot springs across the street or visit the local favorite, The Overlook Hot Springs, right next door, along with nearby restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Plus, it’s just a 20-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Our bathroom features a jetted tub and a glass-enclosed shower. It feels like a day spa! Cozy and warm with geothermal heating from the natural hot springs.
The Loft is located upstairs on the second story—no handicap access.
The Loft is located in a building with office space, and there are men's and women's restrooms available for use if needed. You can also access the main street if you walk through the building and down the front stairs.
**There is a movie theatre that is on the main street, and sometimes you can hear the movie from the master bedroom in the Loft. The movie usually ends by 9:30 pm.
And they do not show movies daily. You can check the schedule at http://www.pagosamovies.com.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very interesting place. I mean when you can get a massage a few doors down within the building you are staying, you feel a little spoiled. The building was unique and had some major character. Would book here again easily.

This was a heaven sent for me and my family. Especially since Expedia put me in a bad situation that could have ruined my vacation. Right in the heart of Pagosa. Walking distance from the Hot Springs and shops this is a gem of a place. Jacque

The loft was absolutely perfect for my family. We come to Pagosa every year and this time i would say hss bern the best. The loft was super cute set up perfect. Our host Jacque was on everything when I touched base with her. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful Establishment. Definitely the best place by far we have rented her in Pagosa perfect location. We will definitely be back.Thank you again,The Wolf / Ferguson Family
