Great comfortable appartment

Stylish and very nice furniture, very comfortable for us as family of 4. We enjoyed the private sauna for hire

The location of the resort is very good. It is very clean and well equipped, I cooked my breakfast there. The terrace is clean and very beautiful! Mountain view is amazing in the morning.

Lovely snowy stay

View, Spacious rooms, Super furnished bathroom Loved the sauna as well (extra 50 euros per day for usage) Super friendly host Manuela, she also picked and dropped us off at the bus stop.

Only the 25 min walk to seefeld town The bed was also not comfortable.

Good location for traveling in Tirol

There is no one available in the reception at any time. There was not enough light in the bedroom and lamps that needed to be replaced, no shampoo or conditioner, and not enough bath soap. We ran out the toilet paper and also not enough towels. Some of the chairs and sofas are torn, and the curtains are old and barely blocking the sun. In addition, we found some of the walls (mainly in the bathroom) not in the best condition. The Internet is unstable and the user has to reconnect again in the upcoming usage. The trash bin was not evacuated, and we couldn’t locate any outside trash. Unfortunately seems there’s a gap between the pictures on the website/booking and the actual level of facilities. We stayed in similar apartments in Austria/Germany at the same price level , and what we got was far better. We turned to the owner who didn't cooperate with our feedback I'm sure there are much better options to pick from

while the location is within walking distant through a lovely wood to Seefeld center, the apartment itself is between a road and railway track. While both are not super busy, it really depends on how sensitive you are to noise. We did not sleep well at all on the 1st night, but on the 2nd night, we were not bothered at all. So it is really a personal sensitivity issue. The view is obstructed by the sauna house and next door Kfz-Bk Auto repair shop building structure. However the terrace is big and nice, west facing with lots of afternoon/evening sun.

Wunderbar eingerichtete und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Berge.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Es war alles vorhanden und für unser Wochenende mit Freunden und Hunden ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und alles gepflegt und neu. Besonders ist auch das Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie die schöne Terrasse zu erwähnen!

Das Apartment war sehr warm und es gab leider nicht die Möglichkeit die Heizung individuell zu steuern.

Slunečný apartmán s krásným vyhledem

Krásný výhled na hory, moc pěkná terasa zalitá sluncem. Pohodlné postele a polštáře. Krásná velká vana. Vše čisté. Manuela je moc přátelská a nápomocná. Od ubytováni je to pěkná a příjemná procházka okolo jezírka do centra Seefeldu nebo 1 stanice busem, který jezdi každou hodinu.

Top Unterkunft für 2-4 Personen

Die Apartments sind echt hübsch eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack aber trotzdem schlicht gehalten. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend hochwertig. Ich war sehr positiv überrscht, wir planen wiederzukommen. Sind kompakt aber nicht zu eng geschnitten, für eine 3-4 köpfige Familie perfekt. Toll ist auch, dass sie uns zwei Apartments mit einer Verbindungstür angeboten haben, da wir mit Freunden zwei Apartments gebucht haben. Badezimmer ist super, mega tolle Badewanne. Die Unterkunft hat auch ne Sauna die man nur für sich buchen kann.

Einbischen was muss ich doch beanstanden. Ich findw, wenn man schon ne vollwertige Küche hinstellt, sollte da auch mindestens Salz, Öl oder so hinstellen. Gut ist, dass die Kaffeemaschine gefüllt war 👍 Ebenfalls wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man die Heizung raumweise selbst steuern könnte. Diese wird zentral gesteuert, man kann sich aber an die Gastgeber wenden, falls es zu kalt oder warm ist. Und ein dritter Punkt, der nicht zu überhören ist, dass die Züge alle halbe Stunde vorbeifahren. Zwar sind sie nicht zum Schlafzimmer hin, aber wenn man eh schlecht schläft, könnt ea ein Problem sein. Ich selber habe super geschlafen.
