About this apartment rental
Our remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is a stand-out in Desert Falls. From our 1814 square foot condo, you can walk out the shutters & sliding door to the big, beautiful patio, which is just a few steps from one of the the largest pools in Desert Falls Country Club.
Our unit is located in a very quiet peaceful area in the interior circle of the golf course not near any exterior road. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, being the largest in the complex they are peaceful with plenty of room. Our patio faces East for lovely morning sun, views of palm trees, the pool, citrus trees and incredible blue skies beyond.
We have remodeled our kitchen with new granite countertops, large double sinks and stainless steel appliances.
Our living room has a 50-inch plasma TV and luxurious furniture. Enjoy our leather recliner or relax on one of the two sofas or the comfy upholstered chair while watching cable television. All 3 bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and the front Den/Bedroom with a DVD player.
The large Master Bedroom has a firm king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite, complete with a large tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. A Guest Bedroom suite offers a queen bed, walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
An additional half bath is located down the hall. The laundry room, with washer and dryer, offer added convenience. There is also a garage with space for one car.
Our place is GREAT for families as we have 4 nice bikes you can use as well as lots of games for indoors and out.
In addition to the many amenities provided by this first class accommodation, the Desert Falls CC Complex has much to offer with its 25 swimming pools and Jacuzzis and a magnificent clubhouse complex that is fully accessible to guests. This includes free use of 9 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, pro shops and a friendly restaurant/bar. The golf course at Desert Falls CC is a 7000 yard, par 72 championship venue with full driving range, massive putting green and designated chipping area - Additional fees apply for golf. Rent includes all utilities including high speed wireless internet, cable and free local and long distance calling to Canada and within the continental US.

Once again our family of 6 enjoyed staying at this condo in the spring. We did have a glitch at check in, when the guard at the gate didn’t have our arrival information. We phoned the property manager and everything got straightened out right away. The views from the living room are beautiful. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the patio and using the pool after lunch. It was a relaxing stay and the condo is large enough for everyone to have space. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great neighborhood within gated community! Nice pool and golf course. Close to supermarket and really spectacular restaurants like Waldo’s!

We love this property and would definitely stay here again. Great neighborhood, convenient to groceries/Ralph's and this unit is a stone's throw to likely the best pool within the complex. Desirable golf course,health club, and very welcoming pickelball/tennis player group. Debbie is a wonderful host.
