This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is in the very desirable and centrally located Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert and managed by one of the most popular property managers in the area.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is popular, filled with light and very tastefully updated and appointed. The unit looks out on a large, grassy area with gorgeous views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The home is conveniently located just steps away from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex. There are over 32 in this complex!
The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive, two vanity bathroom. The guest bedroom offers twin size beds and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress.
The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.
In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.
Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? Another great stay at one of Drew’s condos in Desert Falls. Everything was as listed and well maintained. Everything was supplied to make our stay comfortable and restful. Drew is always prompt to reply and most helpful when we needed to ask a question. Will return again.

Our family of 5, along with our small dog, enjoyed 5 nights at this lovely condo. The space is nice, clean, and welcoming. We drank our coffee on the small patio, spent the afternoons at the pool, just footsteps away, and ate dinner at the local restaurants. We also played pickleball at the country club. Ralph’s is very close for grocery runs, and the condo’s kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals.

Great house and location. House owner was great to work with. House was very clean and enjoyable. Access to the country club gym and courts was a huge plus. Will definitely stay again.
