You have just found the best Bungalow Style 3-Bedroom Condo available in the highly coveted Desert Falls Country Club.
The moment you step inside this home, you are welcomed by an elegant, tranquil setting that features vaulted ceilings, a remodeled gourmet kitchen and countless resort-like amenities our guests have full and complimentary access to.
This stunning home is perfect for families and entertaining and is brand new to the vacation rental market. Be one of the first to stay here and take advantage of brand new, top of the line kitchen appliances. The huge kitchen is amazing, bright and open with table and counter seating for at least 8. This great kitchen is stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef could dream of. The large dining table can also comfortably accommodate 8-10. The laundry room is roomy and features brand new appliances as well.
There are 2 en suite bedrooms with one being a very expansive master suite that feels like a private oasis featuring a sitting area and gas fireplace on the bedroom side but also facing the deep, luxurious soaking tub. Both suites have large walk in closets and California King beds. The third bedroom features a full size mattress and 2 twins in a bunk bed (perfect for the young ones!). There is a powder room with toilet and vanity and a spacious laundry room as well.
If you must work, we have a very comfortable workstation and the home features lightning fast Wi-Fi service that even works on the patios. Speaking of the patios, there are 2 large, light filled patios. Grill an amazing meal and dine al fresco while enjoying the comfortable desert evening air. Our East-facing patio gets the glorious morning sun but offers a reprieve in the afternoon and evening, which keeps the main living areas cool. Not afraid of a little sun? That’s great! Soak it up in the early afternoon to early evening on our West-facing patio and work on that tan!
Desert Falls Country Club is a quiet and serene 24/7 guard gated community. As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

The property was as advertised, clean, well kept and in a a good location. The host manager, Drew, was excellent. He responded quickly to all enquires and assisted us in a couple of special requests.

The home was exactly as advertised. We had a great time. We happen to know the location and like it. The people in the complex were friendly and the pickleball was excellent. We didn't like the golf course and played elsewhere. Besides that, it was fantastic in all respects. We will return!

The property and house were beautiful; the location was top notch. However, there were several issues. The place was not overly clean - black particles at the base of a toilet, dirty socks and slippers from walking on the carpet, dirty windows, and unsanitary garbage cans. The empty garbage cans in the garage were so smelly that we didn't want to keep our car in the garage. Ceiling lights in a bathroom and closet were burnt out. We brought the can odor and non-functioning lights to the attention of the manager, who quickly corrected them. The 3rd, smaller bedroom has a bed that was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable for the adult who was in this room. Also, the closet in this room was sealed off for other use. There were no screens on the windows; letting air in meant insects too. The screen on the sliding glass door in the bedroom was crudely patched. A very big disappointment for me was the lack of propane for the grill. On the last night, we invited friends over for a nice steak dinner. I had tested the grill the previous day and everything worked. However, 3 minutes into cooking, the propane ran out. All 3 of the extra propane tanks in the garage were empty! Why have empty tanks around? The cookout was a disaster. Maybe this note will lead to better property management. If not, be aware of this "Paradise in the Desert." This A-class property had D-class upkeep for our visit.
