Well run! This resort has been run by the family for 7 generations, and the current generation is impressive. Amazing attention to detail to the property, clean updated and well appointed, to the management of staff who were all well trained and so courteous, and to the food, so delicious no matter what dish is ordered.
The location is a little off the beaten path. But that’s what makes it special. We were pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago. Not exactly on the trail, but worth the extra steps.

Excellent food in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast good. Indoor pool and spa a bonus.
Superb peaceful situation on the banks of the River Lot, with river walks and swimming available.
Limited parking spaces at the hotel and a virtually non-existent village.

We stayed in the 'Cote de Vers' annex, with a balcony overlooking the river Vers. The restaurant, which is well patronised, is a short walk away and has excellent food. There is a good sized swimming pool and spa facilities
The annexe we were staying in was a conversion of a 1970's style building with a very small bathroom and shower which overflowed. The building itself is in need of refurbishment, and the lobby and stairs were dirty, due to the large number of walkers staying.
