Location was close to supermarket, easy to Yandex to/from the bus station to the accommodation. Quiet neighbourhood. Really good Georgian restaurant nearby. Stay was good value for money.

Owner was very nice but the young staff were a bit cold and not helpful when asking questions about nearby attractions. Also they struggled to find our booking when we arrived and put us in a room that we did not book and tried to charge us more. All rooms were listed as a having a private bathroom but we ended up sharing a general bathroom with 3 other rooms. Overall not a big issue and the room was sorted quickly but was not a very smooth check in process.

The owner and family was friendly and hospitable. Location is good with walking distance to a couple of supermarkets and shops. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

Toilet was very simple and there were signs of water damage in the roof of both our rooms.

The omelette that the lady makes is tasty

- They quote the price in dollars, but then the price they give in Som is more, and they hope you don't notice. - It's difficult to communicate with the staff, and they don't make an effort to communicate back either. For example, there was a power outage, and they didn't reach out to the guests to inform them of this, and when they would expect it to finish. - We were quoted 240 som for laundry, but then later they tried to ask for 400 - We were given a non-AC room despite paying for an AC room, this is because the man who runs it was often not there, and his family didn't know where to put guests - The keys don't work on the doors, so you can't lock your room
