Beautiful 2nd floor condo is located in Ocean City's desirable/quiet Southend. This property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious floor plan, beautifully finished interior, vinyl siding, central air conditioning, gas heat, outside shower, off street parking and is located just a short 2 minute walk to Ocean City's famous southend beaches. Water view from the back deck. Easy access to the Haven Ave bike path.

***GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets, pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.

There is an Acme & Wawa on 34th Street. There is also a Shop Rite/liquor store over the 34th St. bridge in Marmora, NJ.

There is a playground with basketball courts/hockey rink at 52nd & Haven Ave.

Enter and leave via bridges at (1) the very North tip of the island -this takes you to Longport and Atlantic City for the casinos, (2) Ninth street, to Somers Point for night life and restaurants, (3) 34th St, via the Garden State Parkway or (4) 55th Street, which takes you down the Ocean Drive through the shore towns to Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May.

Our party of 4 adults and 4 children loved this space! It was much more roomy than the pictures. There were gates available in the bedroom closet to put at the top of the staircase which was absolutely necessary because we had a crawling baby with us. It was disclosed ahead of time that we needed paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) and our own linens but there was no salt. However there was pepper and garlic powder. Dish soap was provided. The rooms were large and spacious, big enough to fit two pack and plays with space leftover. The first bedroom bed was pretty firm and uncomfortable but the other bed was very comfortable. The washer & dryer worked well and we brought our own laundry detergent. The location was absolutely wonderful. It was two blocks from the beach and it was not overly crowded. Extremely clean as well! This property is one of the only ones on the block that does not have an outdoor patio but for our group it was nice having small children. It was an additional place for them to play and it was safer than having an outdoor patio. We never had an issue finding street parking and the back parking space was spacious as well. Overall it was a great location. Meg was wonderful answering all our questions. We would absolutely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in southern Ocean City. The condo was just a few blocks from the beach and walkable to a few take-away restaurants and ice-cream. The information center was also a just few blocks away making the purchase of beach tags convenient. Appreciated the off-street parking which was large enough for a full size SUV. The small shed and clothes line came in handy The owner was pleasant and easy to reach as needed. She supplied us with needed information upfront A few recommendation to improve the rating are: the mattress covers and chair covers were soiled and could use a good cleaning or replacement. The non-stick pans need replaced. The floors and baseboards were a little sandy/dusty when we arrived. Overall was a nice place with a few minor recommendations
