Great location.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and needs to be updated. We didn’t realize that the room was for people with disabilities and the bathroom included an area for a wheel chair shower. I would not have booked this room if I would have known it was for people with disabilities. I’ve included some photos of the shower area that was pretty gross. Location was great, onsite parking was helpful.

Beware! Description doesn't match actual experience!!!

No air conditioning in either of our two rooms on a very hot night in June. Elevator out of service the rest of stay after one trip to our rooms. Employees couldn't care less about guest's comfort. No breakfast served at any price.

Bathroom shower flooded all over to the hallway.

Good location but no frills

Amazing location, just a couple of blocks from all the main sights. I was there mid week and it was extremely quiet.

Very basic. Staff were nice but the place felt very sterile. I also got a very strange intermittent smell of cigarettes in the room. It woke me up overnight, it smelled like someone was smoking in the hallway. I looked around a bit but couldn’t pinpoint the source, I think maybe it was an exhaust/vent system or something? Very strange.

A very good hotel.

very clean and well located to the major area of the town. A very good buffet breakfast. Beds were confortable and plenty of of hot water for baths.

Convenient, comfortable spot for a big family.

Parking was great, super easy to find and nice shaded parking lot. The location was perfect for us: just one street behind the main cute part of L’isle and not in the older part of town that would have been harder to navigate with a car for out of town drivers. Super easy to find. We had a separate bedroom in our suite for the parents and a room for the kids with 3 separate beds. The staff were so friendly & helpful.

The pool was tiny and the other guests who were there were not fans of our kids swimming there (all the times we tried to swim, it was adults getting in their laps). They weren’t excited to see 3 kids.

Very good!

I liked the location it's a cozy very nice quiet place to stay. The staff was very helpful rooms were cleaned.

I didn't like the fact that the fridge was not in the room, you have to pay it additionally. Especially to travel there in summer and to buy the water at the reception was not very convenient for me.

Good overall! Location trumps everything else

The location was amazing! Very close to many restaurants and bars which are open until late on Friday and Saturday

The breakfast at the hotel is limited(basic). The Hotel staff can be rude or extremely helpful or courteous depending on your luck. The lady who comes in the morning was very helpful and courteous.

Very modern, functional hotel, perfect if travelling by car. Excellent access and location.

Good location if driving - parking on site, easy stroll to village centre. Modern, functional hotel. We were on lower floor with patio doors to garden and lawns.

Despite the garden access, the lower floor is more of a basement with a very unpleasant smell in the corridor. The smell was not experienced in the room (thank goodness).

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days, so really appreciated the spaciousness of the bedroom.

large and comfortable room which had just been refurbished. Lift access to 3rd floor from car part. Location was great a very short walk into the old town and close to restaurants. Large bed. Balcony. Plenty of space in large bathroom for toiletries etc Separate loo. Big wardrobe and shelving system.

Lovely place to stay and very convenient

The location was central for access to restaurants, shops and the Sunday Market. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, warm and a good size. The bed was very comfortable.

Great base to Provence

Great location, only 5 mins walking to the old town, but within a quite area, free parking on site, very friendly receptionist, who speaks great English. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, all rooms with balcony.

The hotel has the best rooms in the back with balconies overlooking the quite green garden and the little river, but some of us in the group (including myself) got rooms overlooking the city parking lot and located right above the breakfast room, which was noise from 6:30, as they were preparing breakfast, moving chairs etc. Also my room was nonsmoking, but smelled smoky, I opened the window for the first night and the smell cleared out.

This was a perfect place for my friend and I to stay! Close to the village, easy access for our tour guide, clean and comfortable.

Lovely big room with balcony overlooking the garden. Location is perfect for walking into Isle sur la Sorgue where there are lots of restaurants, and for visiting places in Provence. Staff were very helpful. Private carpark, your room key opens the barrier.

Basic hotel in a good location.

The family room was basic, but clean and great for our two night stay. We enjoyed the location being just set back from the beautiful town. The children enjoyed the pool and the car park was secure between 10pm-7am.

We opted for breakfast on the first morning only at an additional €12 per person. It was limited and basic and I personally did not think it was value for money. Saying that, the food was good and set us up for the day.

Hôtel close to the town with parking

Close to the town centre this is a modern hotel with ample parking . The room was spacious clean and comfortable with a balcony .

Thé hotel is left unattended in the evenings , not a problem for us as we arrived early but there were people arriving later asking where the staff were .

Excellent location. Superior Room was quiet clean and spacious with a view over the garden and river. Great to have easy parking right in the centre of town.
