By car you can reach the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa in just a few minutes (around 15 minutes on foot). The villa is autonomous and all services are exclusively available to guests, including of course the swimming pool.

Kitchen living room of approx. 40 with large glazed area directly on the pool.

Fantastic time in Marina di Ragusa staying at Casa di Gio. Everything was as described on the listing from Gio. A brief summary of what we liked and why we picked the property.
The pool was great, good temperature. Same depth throughout (i.e. no shallow / deep ends) and suitable to stand in for an adult throughout. "Outdoor" shower room which is actually enclosed provides privacy to change before the pool which is great. Toilet in here also great to avoid drying / dripping in the main house. BBQ area was great with the sink and prep area. Good view of the sea also for those able to see over the wall. There was a parking space suitable for our estate car behind a roller gate.
Inside the house was very clean. Bedding, towels etc. provided in each room. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom of such (1 is across a corridor). Being able to use the shutters to make the rooms dark for our kids was great. Travel cot and highchair were appreciated also. The kitchen area was a little smaller than we'd have liked but wasn't a major inconvenience, especially if using the BBQ. There is another apartment upstairs (entrance is not shared) but they didn't bother us.
The area is a short uphill walk (about 10 minutes) from the town centre We used the electric scooters for hire (via app) to go back and forth in the 35C midday heat.
All together a great experience and thank Gio for his help ,even helping us to order food on our first night with our lack of Italian. Thanks
