We spent a wonderful vacation in this apartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The property is brand new, which is immediately noticeable; everything is modern, clean, and in excellent condition. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the amenities worked perfectly throughout our stay. The towels and bed linen were fresh, clean, and pleasantly scented. The air conditioning is new and worked flawlessly, which was especially appreciated during the hot Sicilian days. The apartment has a great atmosphere and a very pleasant vibe. One of its biggest advantages is the two terraces. In the morning, they are the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and a fresh cornetto from the nearby bakery, while in the evening you can relax and unwind in the jacuzzi. The location is fantastic just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. It is also close to the center of Marina di Ragusa, where you can truly immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and authentic Italian way of life. Another huge plus was that we never had any trouble finding a free parking space on the nearby streets. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

As for minor drawbacks, we felt that a blind or roller shade was missing on the small window near the kitchen area. Apart from that, everything was excellent and fully met our expectations.

Every single thing was PERFECT! Starting from hospitality, following by the whole accommodation was everything PERFECT. Clean, fresh, very new. The appartement was equipped with all necessary things, starting from coffee machine ending with iron and vacuum cleaner. Kitchen also fully furnished, with all dishes and pans. All super new. Location is a 4-5 minutes of walking distance to centre and beach. Parking on the street is FREE. Very quit, very safe. There are lots of local shops, cafes, bistros, restaurants and grocery around. Many thanks to host Giovanni. We had no chance to meet him in person to thank him for everything that he arranged online for us and for our family before we arrived. Any wishes and any request was done by Giovanni in a minute. It felt like he was a family member. Super relax!!! We became a friend. For sure, we will come back without searching another accommodation.

Struttura ben curata ed accogliente, 2 terrazze enormi e ben rifinite, la iacuzzi come chicca. Il letto comodissimo, attenzione ai dettagli e ospitalità alti.
