Easy access to the train station and monorail. Some good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room felt clean and comfortable. Staff here spoke good English.

Location and especially the staff were fantastic, realised that I have accidentally left some of my stuff over and after a quick email all was sorted within a week of my return to Tokyo.

The location of the hotel was adequate for our purposes.
Overall, the accommodation floors were carpet stained with scuff marked walls and dusty air vents. The staff who welcomed us were friendly and efficient. Subsequent staff...were not.
