Location and especially the staff were fantastic, realised that I have accidentally left some of my stuff over and after a quick email all was sorted within a week of my return to Tokyo.

The location is actually very quiet considering it's proximity to central Tokyo. Tamachi Station is very accessible as it sits on a few of the main metro lines making it easy to reach to all parts of Tokyo. It is a great place for travelers to plan a trip from due to the aforementioned ease of access

The location of the hotel was adequate for our purposes.
Overall, the accommodation floors were carpet stained with scuff marked walls and dusty air vents. The staff who welcomed us were friendly and efficient. Subsequent staff...were not.
