HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
POOL HEATER/SPA: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $50 per day. Must be paid prior to check-in
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
*$25 non-refundable trip fee if a guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*
PARKING NOTES:
-No street parking is permitted. Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's/car owners' discretion. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests in Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak Drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available. (Limit of 5 cars per house).
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and NO SUPPLY of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
All trash MUST be in a bag, tie it tight and fit within the bin provided. (If these requirements are not met the trash will not be picked up and will result in a violation being issued, and an extra $100 for the after-hour trash collection will be charged)
Please place the trash into the bench by the door every night, it will be collected every morning.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner has to send someone out to fix, repair, mail or pay extra for cleaning.

The property manager was very helpful and prompt about returning messages however the house was not ready for another 45 minutes after we arrive the dryer did not work but however he did send someone right over to fix it and the only complaint I have the pool was not clean that’s my only complaint

This rental was perfect for our group of 22 adults. We were close enough to the airport without being in the center of the Disney madness. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. Thank you!

Overall beautiful home. There is not a tv in each bedroom. Bedrooms could use fans, not allowed to turn air below 72. Wifi and service was poor. Some of the bedroom sheets were stained and some bedrooms need more pillows. Traffic in the evenings getting back into the community. Very convenient with trash pickup daily. Overall a good location for a family stay.
