No batteries for channel changers. Not much for cooking, cooking sheets etc. but overall it was a good place pool heat was awesome

This property provided the space I needed to accommodate my family of 25. Very spacious and comfortable. Parking was a little tedious, but we were able to work it out. Had a few issues when we arrived, but I contacted the support number and they sent someone out that same day to address our issues. (WiFi, missing game pieces, leaking fridge, broken couch seat, missing remotes). Just a few minor issues, but it didn’t take away from the enjoyment. I would stay here again.

The house was a nice house, but some issues that need to be addressed. When we checked in the sliding door was not closed, pool area was dirty, the grill had no drip pan so grease was on ground under the grill. Kid's bedroom door handle was broken. The game room upstairs was not usable because there were no pucks for air hockey or balls for the foosball table. I contacted the property host. No one came fix the door, so we managed to fix. We arrived on a Tuesday but never heard from the property manager until Sunday. He then had a Maintenace person come on Monday. I would say if you can fix these issues, it's a good house, but the customer service and response from the property manager did not meet expectations.
