The entertainment was 10/10, the pools were good, not sure always heated like they said but still good choice

Excellent entertainment, great for kids, all inclusive food was good , plenty of choice, reasonable quality. Accommodation basic but vey comfortable, everything was clean, generally great hygiene standards . Excellent friendly staff in all areas.
Too much vaping around pool area, need more prominent signage . Lack of parasols , just need probably 24 more

Animation team is amazing and tried their best to organise activities for kids and adults despite changing weather. Hotel service is good as well and all people are polite and helpful.
Hotel is dated and would require renovation. Our room wasn't clean, bathroom had wallpaper hanging from the ceiling and many cracks in the wall probably because of old water leaks. Kitchen amenities are dated and require replacement. We found cockroach in the bathroom one day. Food average, myself and my wife we've got food poisoning at some stage and we only ate in the hotel.
