Localização, atenção dos funcionários e café da manhã .
O Hotel precisa de manutenções, há vazamentos no banheiro e a acústica é péssima. Os elevadores também estão com problemas. Embora a roupa de cama e as toalhas sejam boas e limpas, a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Parece que há muito tempo não limpam embaixo das camas.

The reception was very helpful. D (lady reception staff) came out with us to make sure that we can communicate with the taxi driver. The evening reception was able to find adaptor for us. They are very helpful and the breakfast staff were very attentive to the needs of their guests. Great location. Safe and quiet walk around at night and close to shopping area, Ovalis, Opera Theatre, shopping center, and many more.

Good value, convenient location and service. They were willing to store our extra luggage for a couple of days. Great breakfast included.
Quadruple room was small, no room for night tables and tight for maneuvering luggage, but good value for a quick stay.
