Great place to relax🙏

The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff is very kind and friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant. There is plenty of space in the sauna area. A great place for relaxation.Is possible to rent a regular bike for free.

Everything was perfect. Onlyl would be happy if there was transportation if the client wanted to go out of the hotel in the evening.

Great spa, yoga, and water aerobics.

Location was stunning. Staff eager to serve. The Room layout made good sense. Spa was above my expectations. Dinning staff helpful. Great salad bar! Ping Pong available.

No one to greet us. Husband had to deal with the luggage. Not a nice way to begin a holiday stay. The mattresses were old and worn, offering little support. Towels thin, lacked plushness. The spa robes were thick and cozy. Seems odd for a four star location to contradict itself. We were given complimentary drink vouchers without explanation. They were only good for prosecco, beer, or wine. Unfortunately, we found out after we ordered.

Exceptional

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

No water for hand washing in the toilette. Toilettes are small generally. WiFi is not robust.

It's what you think you will find in a beautiful, peaceful setting near an Austrian lake. Absolute serenity and great service. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Flawless. The hotel has 3 electric vehicle AC charging stations. Two for Teslas, one for any other Type 2 car.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel

Everything! We were upgraded to a lovely and newly renovated suite. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from our balcony. The breakfast and evening dinner were superb. The staff were very nice, helpful, polite and professional. We felt very welcome and will definitely want to come back and spend a relaxing holiday here. Thank you 🌷

NATURA I KLIMATYCZNY HOTEL

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce położone nad pięknym jeziorem. Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie, wygodny parking, piękny widok z balkonu, to tylko niektóre atuty tego hotelu. Zachwyciła nas niezwykle rozbudowana strefa rekreacyjna - baseny, wanny z hydromasażem, sauny, pokoje relaksacyjne... Magia. Gorąco polecamy.

W naszej części hotelu Internet działał bardzo słabo, połączenie często było przerywane.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Halbpension in vorzüglicher Qualität mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung.

Geruch in WC aus anderen Stockwerken. Trotz täglicher Reinigung vor allem nachts leichter Uringeruch in WC, anscheinend über den Abfluss.
