"High Tide" - Sound Front Villa with Boat Slip
Unwind at this cozy sound front villa. The villa is in the gated resort community of Pirate's Cove, with panoramic views of Roanoke Sound. (Sunday turn-day)
Sunrise views from the covered porch, and beautiful sunsets from the front deck. There are wonderful views of Roanoke Sound from every room. Rich grassy marshes, historic village of Manteo, and Roanoke Island are all within view from "High Tide".
Recently updated, "High Tide" offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. All new carpet and flooring throughout. The 2nd floor Villa is easily accessible by elevator. Covered private under building parking for car, jet ski or golf cart. If boat trailer does not fit at the condo, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee. Everything you and your family will need for a relaxed, hassle free vacation.
Also included for your vacation enjoyment are 2 bikes, kayak, beach chairs umbrella. For your little ones, "High Tide" provides a pack-n-play, high chair, board games, puzzles and books. Comfy furniture for relaxing on the covered waterfront porch. Just a short distance from the villa, is a private 35' boat slip with standard power and water hook-up. The 35' slip is at Rudder Canal #1, we recommend loading your boat closer to the condo and storing it in the slip when not in use. Please contact our office for information about the slip location if needed.
Open concept living room has been recently updated with beautiful white stack stone, linear electric fireplace, and 52" flatscreen TV. Cozy sofas with lots of pillows for kicking back, relaxing, and watching your favorite sporting event or family movies.
Beautifully decorated, the Master suite offers a King bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, large bath with double vanity and large walk in tiled shower. From the moment you walk into the room you feel as if you are on a cruise ship spectacular water views from the sitting area and covered porch just off master.
The first guest room with it s cheerful colors offers Queen bed, flat screen TV and views of the Town of Manteo and Roanoke Island.
The second guest room includes Two XL Twin beds, flat screen TV, and plenty of plugs for all the electronics your group will need.
"High Tide" has high-speed WiFi, land-line phone and cable to access live TV and the most popular streaming apps. Other amenities include 8 cup coffee maker, Keurig machine, well equipped kitchen, and washer-dryer combo. For your comfort, each bedroom offers ceiling fans and sound machines. Also provided for your convenience, are bath towels for 6, bath mats and fresh linens on each bed.
The owners have prepared this villa for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Every amenity has been added to make your visit at "High Tide" your home away from home.

Just a little about the resort... the Pirate's Cove Resort offers a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, half basketball court, sand volleyball court, and tennis/pickleball courts. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar (and Mimi's Tiki Hut in the warm months) overlook the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Located right across the Washington Baum Bridge, be just a short drive from the public beach accesses in Nags Head.

This is the most amazing place we have stayed in a long time! I search vrbo and other sites a lot when we're planning a trip, and it is so difficult to find something that ticks so many boxes. The first thing to praise is the beautiful, probably professionally decorated furnishings! I LOVED all the blues and greens with the little hints of orange. Clean!!! High end! Lovely location looking over the inlet. The quiet of the neighborhood. Easy location to Manteo village, Nags Head, Duck, and Corolla. Be sure to eat at the resorts restaurant Blue Water. My husband and I can't wait until we can go again in March or April. We love it. Can't say enough about how satisfied we were. Oh and the king bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower is amazing. The people in the office and online were so helpful.

We had an incredible time during our recent stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, had incredible views in an amazing boating and fishing community. Great amenities and local attractions made for the perfect July 4th getaway!

This was perfection! The condo was clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Our view was amazing, and the surroundings were peaceful. We enjoyed so many of the amenities at Pirates Cove including the pool, fitness center and clubhouse. It was a quiet and relaxing vacation!

This condo was the perfect location with a view and everything we needed as a family of 5. Aesthetically, the condo was decorated and renovated beautifully. Beyond the appearance was a kid friendly space with every need thought of. We have a 2 year old who can open doors so our only concern was related to the balcony. There was a bolt lock high on the master door leading out and safety door covers for the 2 guest rooms the kids stayed in. We were able to enjoy the balcony and view daily without the worry of our toddler going out without supervision. The condo was immaculate. We had close access to Nags head and downtown Manteo with a centralized location to all we wanted to explore in the Outer Banks. With covered parking, an elevator to access the condo and all of the recreational equipment we could need it was perfect for us. It was one of the best overall VRBO rentals we have stayed. We would 10/10 recommend this condo!
