Location of hotel was perfect for taxi, subway, buses. Street was beautiful and quiet. Staff was very helpful and listen to our request when we required any help.
No A/C during very very hot week that we were there. Room got no breeze if you open window. We had a fan but it was not enough. We had to take many cold showers to cool off.

It was where I wanted to be. Close to Pimlico rube and my brother’s house
Staff were very nice and helpful It was very hot and try one fan wasn’t going to reach both beds so I asked for a second one and was pleased to be given one.
Just a bit tired and basic, but fair for a 3*. I guess a bit surprised there’s no air conditioning. Maybe a planning regulation issue?
