    I usually stay at this hotel. conveniently connected to everywhere, shopping, amusement park, ice link, lake, etc. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. recommend to everyone.

    We stayed a night here on the day we were visiting Lotte World. It’s connected to the malls and subway, making traveling easy. Hotel staff can communicate in English - a big plus for non Korean speakers. Price is higher compared to hotels in other areas but it served the purpose.

    Overall hotel quality is good, beautiful design and beautiful sense everytime we steped into the hotel. But just only basic room with limit use of gym, swimming pool, kids club access. Ground staff, conciere are very polite and helpful but the reception staff with some of attitude when we check in. Not very helpful and just do her job (female staff). Located in the middle of busy Lotte world estate - lotte world theme park, gardens/park, lotte sky tower and lotte shopping malls. Room is clean, but basic which not value for money. We have a mini washing machine on the wall which didnt get any information about- what is it? how to operate it? and found the washing detergent sheet hidden in the drawer just before we check out. In mention these because when we check in, all about informations are limit the usages of hotel facilities, extra payment for sauna, some bathroom items will be charged but some complimentary items in the room (like washing machine and detergent) haven't got mention anything. Just first negative impression since checked in.
