Great house in super location

Spacious and comfortable house, with every amenity needed. Super location in Kinvara, quiet but close to all attractions. Kind, helpful host who was very accommodating to match our plans. We will return!

Outstanding location and great for families!

The location was exceptional and Sharon was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property. The cottage was adorable and had plenty of room for our party of 8. We appreciated the games, guide books, and host suggestions for area attractions.

We would have appreciated a booklet with house instructions. Certain tasks (e.g., turning on the water for the downstairs shower, powering the oven/stove, and checking out of the unit) were non-intuitive. The house could use a deep cleaning and a bit of love (e.g., the kitchen kick board fell on my husband's foot when he bumped it while washing dishes and some of the throw rugs would have benefited from a run through the wash). We appreciated the kitchen supplies on hand, but missed other basics like shower soap and paper or cloth napkins. We purchased kitchen sponges, as the provided dish scrub brush was quite dirty and worn. With that said, we all enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this cottage.

proximity to the town. Size of the space. Conservatory area as a chill out space. Fireplace with fuel provided

The conservatory area and bathroom upstairs could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom upstairs didn't fully flush without the aid of a bowl of water. The twin beds mattresses' were too thin for the guests sleeping there. The blackout blind in the twin room was slightly damaged and didn't close fully as a consequence

Very relaxing trip in a comfortable house. Great location right next to the pier and the town.

Nice clean house. Good large rooms and a very nice little patio area with table and chairs. The host was very easy to contact and helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do in the area.

There was no microwave in the house. There were two fridges but one didn't seem to be working very well (the door didn't seal properly). I liked everything else!
