Appartement spacieux et très propre, situation idéale (arrêt de bus à 20 m) et tout prés du centre historique, très bon accueil.
Gabriele parle un excellent français :)

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, direkt gegenüber von San Simplicio und einer schönen kleinen Bäckerei. Neben der tollen Lage war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Fön, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc.) und für zwei Personen gab es mehr als genug Platz.
Die Gastgeber:innen waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hatten tolle Tipps für Olbia und Umgebung und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke gab es mehrere kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, wo wir im September problemlos jedes Mal einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Alles in allem eine fantastische Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

L’emplacement du logement est exceptionnel, les arrêts de bus étant à moins d’une minute, pareil pour la gare ainsi que les commerces. Logement spacieux
Olbia est magnifique je recommande cette destination pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne.
Le rapport qualité prix est décevant, le logement est certes grand pour 2, mais il devrait être mieux entretenu. Pour exemple, le robinet de la cuisine fuit beaucoup ce qui n’est pas normal, la clim est également très compliqué à mettre en marche et s’arrête seule, la douche peut également être mieux entretenu.
Mais le pire a été la propreté, nous avons été surpris de voir autant de fourmis que ce soit dans la cuisine ou dans le salon (alors que nous faisions attention à ne pas les attirer avec de la nourriture). Ainsi que pour étendre le linge, il y a l’étendoir effectivement, mais avec seulement 3 pinces à linge…
Au prix que l’on paye c’est pas correct.
