Molto bello l'appartamento tutto nuovo, posizione ottima a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro, con un po' di fortuna parcheggio davanti casa se no a pochi minuti a piedi si trova comunque, check-in effettuato già alle 10 di mattina...tutto perfetto

Unico consiglio che darei di risolvere il piano a induzione che evidentemente non reggendo il contatore della corrente se accendi due fuochi insieme una sta al minimo quindi per cucinare due cose insieme devi farlo prima uno e poi l'altro ma comunque niente di grave

The location is pretty good, close to town centre and most bus lanes station (Mameli). Flat spatios and clean, lots of appliances, coffe, tea etc, although some of the pans are made of aluminium, completely useless on the induction hub.

Finding a parking space is not easy. Cats eating (often raw food like chicken legs) in the front of the door/window on the street. The metal grid for plates in the cupboard completely rotten

We are family of 4, with 2 kids ( 9&12 years old). We stayed in Nouva 27 for 5 nights, and it was not a good experience at all. So we DONOT recommend it. The place seems to be owned by a company which drives everything very commercially to the extent that the service at the end is very poor. First I’ve been contacted by Nicoletta on what’s app to give me some instructions about self-check-in .. the first bad experience was with the stupid Facebook chat bot, I think they try to automate everything to drive operational cost down, but it’s simply not working, the chat bot kept asking for questions and repeating them in a stupid way. And as a person who is working in implementing such technologies, I’m saying it’s very poor. Then I did the authentication with Nicoletta on what’s app instead of the bot, because it didn’t work. Then when we arrived, we found the street very narrow ( that’s fine coz it’s city center ) , but if you are driving a big car don’t try to reach the flat with the car otherwise you will get stuck in the small streets. Try to stop outside, ask the company for the parking entrance location (because it’s couple of min walk from the flat), then go directly to the parking as the street of the parking is normal street. When we arrived we got a code from Nicoletta to open the key safe (key garage) by the flat door, where they left us the keys and the parking access card. Then we went the parking and the card was not working, so tried to ring to the security , they answered but they only speak Italien and they can’t help. After 30 min I managed to contact Nicoletta again who told me that .. she said: oh seems the door access system is broken again, so try to push the door with your hand ! I did and it opened and we parked. The only positive points here was : 1.Nicoletta was responsive most of the time. But some situations were out of her hands because the whole setup was mismanaged. 2.

our review about the flat itself : - it is very small for 2 adults + 2 kids - The air circulation is not good , specially in the toilets. - You have to ask them to bring you cafe capsules and pay for it, because can’t find them in the supermarket. - When we arrived, there was no towels or sheets for the sleeping sofa , so we had to ask Nicoletta and she brought them over. - Dealing with the garbage is not easy, as they leave instructions only in Italian, and the separation criteria and color codes are different from other countries, so you have to know some instructions. There was no additional bags for garbage, so you need to solve your own problem. - There is a washing machine but it’s useless because you can’t dry anything since there is no air circulation inside and there is no place outside. - There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but the whole place is small, so we opened the door all the time to get some cool air from the AC in the living room. - The worst part was on our last night, when we came back at night to park the car, the door was fixed (so we can’t push it to open anymore ) but our access card was not working. So again staying blocked in front of the parking for 45min trying to communicate with the security with no chance. Then one of the residents managed to open with his card. So we parked and I contacted Nicoletta to check out the problem, she told me she can’t help because it’s too late. My problem was we had our home flight very early in the morning and we had to leave at 6am. So we had to stay again standing this time in front of the parking waiting from someone to open, so we can’t get the care out at night and park it in a street parking. The process took 2 hours till we managed to do it.
