    I booked this apartment specifically because the photos clearly showed a balcony. However, when we arrived, we were given an apartment without any balcony. I reported the issue both to the reception and to Agoda, but the only response was basically “sorry, that’s the room.” The balcony was shown in the booking photos, but what we actually received was different. Very disappointing and misleading

    The apartment is clean and big. The furnitures maybe dated but okay. The cleaning lady only made the bed each day, no other actual cleaning that we noticed. The location is great for our family. We could easily walk to the Gothic Quarters area and metro station is only a few minutes walk away. There are multiple grocery stores near the apartment.
