    I had a great stay at Barceló Sants. The location is one of its biggest advantages since it’s directly above Barcelona Sants Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city or catching trains. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was good with plenty of options, although the selection was pretty much the same every day. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient hotel that I’d definitely recommend, especially if you plan to use public transportation during your stay.

    Very convenient location, just on top of the Sants Station. Very clean modern hotel. Very nice breakfast as well. Will stay here again when in Barcelona.

    Certainly a good option if you have a morning flight the next day. Triple room was comfortable enough if a little tight.

    If convenience is your top priority, Barceló Sants is hard to beat due to its direct connection to the train station. However, I found the customer service to be below average. The staff were generally polite but not particularly warm or welcoming, and interactions felt very transactional. What disappointed me most was how a parcel sent to me was handled. A delivery requiring a €14.30 payment was rejected without any attempt to contact me, despite the hotel knowing I was a returning guest after my cruise. As a result, my parcel is now stuck at a post office only 800 meters away, and I was due to leave on Sunday. Overall, the hotel serves its purpose as a convenient place to stay, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.
