The property was clean and welcoming, all the interior lights were on as we were arriving after dark. Comfortable bedding in both rooms. The sitting areas were nice, great that there was a dedicated tv room ( although the tv is quite small). Outside seating options are great. Nicely located with easy access to the beach and marina. Close to shops and restaurants. Have to recommend the the Sunflower, we ate there two nights and the food and service weee excellent.
A couple of small niggles, it said shampoo was provided but there was not any so it made the first shower difficult, until we could get to the store and the upstairs sink was a very slow drain. Overall a very nice property I would highly recommend

We were first time visitors to Colonial Beach. It’s a cute town with some very good restaurants. It was very hot so the river was enjoyed.The host was great…we’ll go back!

The house was absolutely perfect! Very comfy, great location. The property owner was very easy and pleasant to work with. We can't wait to book again!
