The hotel was located at a quiet community and close to several tourist locations like Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and Petrin tower.
The staff was so courteous and helpful. Andrea's customer service was commendable, she delivered excellent support to the guest.

Location, spacious room and lobby way, cleaned every day, clean towels every day
The staff, some were ok and spoke, but others did know how to smile, they need to learn etiquette and customer service, example when checking out, I handed key cards back, she never looked up and acknowledged me being there, all I was asked my room number, that was it. Nothing else, no eye contact. I can understand that there is a language barrier but a smile goes a long way.
