Big rooms

Location is perfect in Mala Strana. The quiet bit, but only 10 mins walk from Charles bridge. Brilliant Thai restaurant nearly opposite. Beds and pillows are absolutely top notch, best sleep for tears, so comfortable. Tram stop immediately outside. Breakfast lovely in large room so no crowding and products regularly replaced.
Very noisy at night, there's either a waterfall inside the hotel or an inside football match (I've stated here 4 times, always the same 🤦🏻♂️). We were leaving at 6.30am and on arrival we're told to remind reception staff the night before. Did so, told can't do that. Nice. Also asked them if one of them could pop a postcard in a post box for me. Nope, can't do that either. Really!?

Location, spacious room and lobby way, cleaned every day, clean towels every day
The staff, some were ok and spoke, but others did know how to smile, they need to learn etiquette and customer service, example when checking out, I handed key cards back, she never looked up and acknowledged me being there, all I was asked my room number, that was it. Nothing else, no eye contact. I can understand that there is a language barrier but a smile goes a long way.
